On July 27-29, the 24th China Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Competition National Finals hosted by the China Association for Artificial Intelligence and the Cixi Municipal People's Government was held online as scheduled. Under the careful organization and guidance of the Industrial Center, our students overcame difficulties and fought tenaciously. Fourteen teams successfully passed the school competition and provincial competition and were promoted to the national finals. Finally, they won the iloboke Football Robot (3VS3), Deep Learning Smart Car, Unmanned Vehicle Smart Challenge (Autonomous Cruise), Unmanned Vehicle Smart Challenge (Target Shooting), All terrain Vehicle Design and Production Competition Among the 6 intelligent driving events, it won 5 first prizes, 5 second prizes and 4 third prizes, with a winning rate of 100%. Among them, iloboke soccer robot (3VS3), unmanned vehicle intelligent challenge (autonomous cruise), unmanned vehicle intelligent challenge (target shooting) and intelligent driving won the first prize of the country. The number of awards and the number of awards reached a new high since the competition.
The China Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Competition, sponsored by the China Association of Artificial Intelligence, is a national discipline competition with a long history and wide influence. As one of the earliest competitions hosted by the Chinese Association of Artificial Intelligence, it is the first competition in China to put forward in the field of robots and artificial intelligence and combine the research, development and application of key technologies. Since its inception, the competition has been committed to promoting students to participate in the scientific and technological innovation practice in the field of robots and artificial intelligence, and has cultivated a large number of "active", "innovative" and "collaborative" compound talents for China. At present, the competition has been included in the National Ranking List of Disciplinary Competitions of Ordinary Colleges and Universities issued by the China Association of Higher Education, which is divided into two levels: the national provincial trials and the national finals.
It is understood that 28 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government have held provincial trials this year, and universities in the remaining 6 regions have participated in the national preliminary contest, which has covered all regions of the country. There are 871 schools and 10879 teams nationwide. After fierce competition in provincial competitions, more than 1000 excellent teams were finally promoted to the national finals, and the number of participating universities and teams reached a record high.
