Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education recently issued a Notice on The Announcement of the First Batch of Provincial First-class Undergraduate Courses (Sujiao Gao Han (2021) No.9). A total of 42 courses in Jiangsu University were identified as the first batch of provincial first-class undergraduate courses. Among them, there are 11 online courses, 13 offline courses, 7 online and offline hybrid courses, 9 virtual simulation courses and 2 social practice courses. The total number of recognized courses ranks joint first among provincial universities. The course "Design Thinking" of Industrial Center was selected as one of the first provincial social practice courses.

The provincial first-class undergraduate course certification is the first batch of provincial first-class undergraduate course certification in Jiangsu province after the second batch of national first-class undergraduate course certification, a total of 1485 first-class undergraduate course certification in jiangsu province. There are 387 online courses, 248 virtual simulation courses, 425 offline courses, 347 online and offline hybrid courses, and 78 social practice courses.

Our university attaches great importance to curriculum construction, and has issued the "Implementation Opinions of Jiangsu University on First-class Undergraduate Curriculum Construction", and constructed a national, provincial, university and college first-class undergraduate curriculum construction system according to the high-level, innovative and challenging standards of "gender once". At present, there are a total of 18 national first-class undergraduate courses and 42 provincial first-class undergraduate courses, and a total of 177 university-level first-class undergraduate courses (including cultivation programs) have been established.
