Recently, Jiangsu Higher Vocational Education Teacher Training Center carried out the evaluation activity of the provincial vocational college teacher training in 2021. After the application of the unit, the recommendation of the school, the expert review organized by the Provincial Higher Vocational Teacher Training Center, and the approval of the Teachers' Office of the Provincial Department of Education, a total of 10 excellent training projects for teachers in Jiangsu higher vocational colleges were selected. Among them, the project of "Advanced Design and Manufacturing Technology Frontier and Application Practice", which is organized by the School of Continuing Education of our school and organized by the Industrial Center to improve the teaching ability of young teachers, won the provincial excellent training project.

    In the summer of 2021, under the guidance of the University and the College of Continuing Education, the Industrial Center, on the premise of doing a good job in the arduous task of epidemic prevention and control, will fully investigate the training needs, carefully design the training implementation plan, strengthen the management of the training process, and pay close attention to the implementation of the training quality with excellent training qualifications, strong professional (discipline) platforms and resource advantages, It has truly achieved "the combination of theoretical teaching and practical teaching, classroom training and enterprise practice, and the combination of general training and personalized guidance", successfully completed the 2021 provincial higher vocational teacher training, and the training effect has been highly evaluated by all students and superior management departments.

    The provincial training program for higher vocational teachers in Jiangsu Province has three categories, namely, the training program for young teachers to help them grow, the special training program for managers to improve their ability, and the network training program for general education in vocational colleges. Specifically, it is divided into eight sub categories, namely, the training for young teachers to improve their teaching ability, the training for basic teachers, and the special training for hot spots in higher vocational education. Since 2013, the Industrial Center has actively participated in the training of provincial higher vocational teachers, and has won many honors such as excellent training projects, excellent training managers, and excellent teaching teacher teams.
